I was a foreign correspondent, bureau chief, and editor for 35 years with Reuters, guiding teams of journalists tol produce breaking news, features, and investigations in multimedia formats. Since retiring from Reuters, I have conducted journalism training workshops at Cal Poly, Columbia University, and the Thomson Reuters Foundation. I also write freelance news features and sponsored news for company brands.
